Sandler, born September 9th, 1966 is an American actor, comedian and film
maker. From 1990 until 1995, Sandler was an actor on the Saturday Night Live
cast member. Then, he was able to appear as an actor in Hollywood actor in a
variety of films that have grossed more than $2 billion at the box-office.
Sandler was believed to have an estimated net worth of $420 million by 2020. He
also signed the fourth Netflix deal that is worth over $250 million. Sandler's
comedy role includes Billy Madison (1995), Happy Gilmore (1996), The Waterboy
(1998), The Wedding Singer (191998), Big Daddy (1999), and Mr. Deeds (2002 50
First Dates (2004) and The Wedding Singer (1998) were just a few of his comedy
roles. He also played Davey as well as Whitey in Eight Crazy Nights (2002-2012)
as well as Dracula for the initial three films of the Hotel Transylvania series
(2012-2018). While some of his comedic films have received criticism for their
performances, like Jack and Jill (2011) and 37 Raspberry Award nominations,
Sandler was awarded more than Sylvester Stallone for his dramatic performance
in Spanglish (2004) and Reign Over Me (2006). Sandler is also highly
acknowledged for his performances in auteur films such as Punch-Drunk Love (2002),
Noah Baumbach's The Meyerowitz Stories (2017) and Uncut Gems (2017). The latter
is the result of his character as an electrician and nurse as well as Judith
(nee Levine) being his mother.
